Hello everyone, I'm new to this forum but NOT new to trying to lose weight. I'm an 18 year old gal from country Victoria and I've been overweight for most of my life. A couple of years back I went on a major diet and lost about 20 kilos in a couple of months, but since then its all crept back. Last time I lost the weight I did it alone, and I think that maybe that's why I didn't keep it off. So This is a new aproach, forums are great arn't they? My weight goal is to go down to 55 kilos by the end of the year. I'm currently sitting on 80. I think thats achievable. I just want to be a healthy, happy, well ajusted teanager, and if I don't do something about my state of health BEFORE I start uni when am I going to?
