Lol maybe my brain thinks I'm in the biggest loser house or something Its hard, but its a process- I've started a thread in the weigh in section just to track my weight loss so when I'm shaking my fist at the scale I can look back and see that the weight is coming off, slowly but surely- maybe it might help to do something similar? Do you mind me asking where you were overseas? I'm Irish but have inherited the traveling gene from my parents and love hearing about other peoples trips and time overseas.

Maybe doing something different would help kickstart weight loss? I know strength training really helps me see the results I'm after, and of course deciding not to have any alcohol helps!
What sort of training do you do?
