I currently weight 77 kilos and stand at 151 cms tall. So for my height (or lack of it) I am obese!
I have just started a healthy regime. i intend to start eating healthy, but am a bit limited when it comes to exercising. I have a wrist condition that prevents me from lifitng weights or playing racquet sports. My exercise plan is to do lots of walking, and spend some time on the leg press machines at the gym. However what I actaully end up doing, will be a different story alltogether.
Looking forward to picking up some pointers from all of you.
