I am here for encouragement, friendship and support. I will begain to diet after my last uni exam (next week), tho i am already starting to restrict and feel great. I wish to lose around 12kg. If i push myself i can lose it in about 8 weeks. However i dont want to lose any muscle so it might take a little bit longer.
I'm going to be eating low carb,
no beef. or pork, no dairy
lots of cellery psylium husks and herbal tea, vitamins and maybe over the counter diet pills with bitter orange, green tea etc (just to keep metabolism up and help me get out of bed on a bad day).
i plan to do alot of cardio, pilates and yoga.
