I'm back!

Hi everyone,m it has been about 6 monyhs since I was on this forum after losing about 15kg, I stopped trying about 3 kg short of my goal and have been very slack ever since.  Anyway I'm back and determined to reach my goal this time. I started last February at 78kg after having my baby, I got down to 62kg and am now at 63kg and keen to get to 58kg. Look forward to sharing ideas and information with you all. Sharee

Hi Gumboots, to be honest when I lost the weight last time, I did so in a pretty unhealthy way (eating one meal a day) I know this is damaging and unsustainable (hence the binge I have been on for the last few months) so I am really focused on changing my habits for good. I'm not going to be anal about calorie counting, simply eat three healthy meals a day with some fruit in between and throw in some excercise and see what happens.
