Hi how are all you guys going? I used to be on the forum ages ago but lost all my info and also my motivation.
I am currently at 70kgs which is kinda big for my 153cm frame. Wanting to get down to 55, so I have a long journey ahead of me. Have started taking advantage of the gym at my workplace and have started using Ultra Slim to get my diet kick started.
I intend on using the gym 4 nights out of the week for 30 mins - 1 hour sessions. If any of you guys can give me any tips or want to keep up with how I am doing that would be great motivation as I would love to have some friends on here with whom I can keep in touch with and see their progress as well.
Well that's enough jibber jabber from me, hope to get some replies!
