i just signed up like 5mins ago thought i should introduce myself... im 18 and i decided today that i've had enough with being overweight and its time i did something about it....i've decided to change eveything im not going on a diet because i've been on a diet since i was like 13 and i've been over weight since is was...13! lol so im determined to just change my ways and become healthy fitter and of course slimmer!

Welcome to this great place. You're very sensible to lose the weight the right way rather than dieting. I've been a yoyo dieter since my early teens too and look where it has gotten me: still struggling with my weight. No more dieting for me, i'm sticking with you & doing kicking the DIET word out and introducing LIFESTYLE CHANGE in. Good luck.
