I have been here before, about 6 months ago
My log in details have been misplaced, i did email admin earlier today but i really wanted to be here so i created a new account with a new user name (was serendipity). Still overweight, thankfully not gaining but not losing either. No major excuse for not sticking to a weightloss plan. Lots of emotional upheavel in the past few months but for me, that is not a legit excuse.
Anyway's, i have taken up Pilate's and am still doing basic walking on the treadmill but my eating habits are way off. I will binge for one day then not eat at all the next day. For a week or so after i will eat breakfast and lunch with a couple of snacks then it's another binge day etc. Not a strict pattern but.
Well, i am off to sign up to the 60 day challenge, positive thinking turned on!
