I'm a newbie (to this site and to forums in general).
I'm a little overweight and I'm looking for some inspiration and advice on how to lose those extra kilos and and keep it off for good.
A little about me, I am 28 yrs old and have been pretty active and healthy all my life. Except for the last few years. A combination of a number of life changes has resulted in my decreased physical activity, increased eating, and consequently my weight gain. I am really disappointed that I have let myself go this far and I have decided that enough is enough and I need to get back track.
