Hello everyone

Came accross this forum and thought it would be a great way to share tips and ideas on a healthy approach to weight loss. I have a goal to lose at least 10kgs before Christmas, i'm not going to expect results within hours this time (last time i lost 15kgs on an Atkins diet really quick, got ill and then put 20kgs back on).

i'm determined to achieve my goals :P

Would love to chat with anyone who has any tips/ideas on a healthy way to lose weight.
