Hi I'm a 38 year old mother of 3, two teenagers and a 21/2 year old. After having my third baby, over the age of 30, i have not been able to shed the baby belly and butt..lol.. I have been going to the gym for almost 6 months, at least 3 days a week and have only lost 5kgs. My biggest problem is with food (of course like most people). How do i change my bad eating habits without feeling like I'm starving all the time. I would like to lose at least another 5kg/8kg, and get rid of this flabby baby belly, which seems to be my biggest problem.
Any advise and/or tips would be greatly appreciated.
