Hi everyone thought id introduce myself,
Well im a 19 year old vegetarian (though i eat seafood, eggs dairy ect just not red meat or chicken) female whom has started on my own healthy eating, exercise plan for life.
Eating healthily minus fast foods, high fat foods and soft drink (though i can OCCASIONALLY have some of these things) and adding alot more fruit and veg.
Exercising at the gym 4-7 times a week doing cardio/pump/core/ABT and TKO classes I LOVE CLASSES!!!
Walking my dog jess as much as possible trying to do at least 30 mins everyday speed walking.
Taking an supplement everyday - very mad memory though
drinking water- this is my worst bad habit
I work as a stable hand / rider which is quiet physical as i am always either walking or riding
i ride my own horse as much as i can about 4-6 times a week
I eat breakfast, lunch and snacks during the day and occasionally a light dinner such as a smoothie or soup
I started at 57 kilos and am now down to 51 though am looking to get to at least 48 which is where i look and feel my best
i think i have an extra slow metabolism, do you think the supplements work to help speed this up? though i know building muscle and eating every 3 hours helps. Other than to get down to 48 kilos i want to tone up and get rid of the muffen tops and pot belly :S
Anything else i should add to my list to help me achieve my goal.
Also does diet soft drink stale weight lose? It has little or no calories but lots of sugar is it OK or a big NONO?? and what does everyone think about drinking diet cordial to make the water easier to drink?
