After most of my teenage life overweight, I decided on my 20th birthday that I was going to lose weight and better my life. I've been dieting on and off since December 2007 and so far I've gone from 84kg to 71kg! It's been a long process but I'm still very determined to reach my goal weight - 54kg. It was the weight suggested for me by Weight Watchers and I am going to try and achieve it.
Admittedly I do slip up (I did tonight... too many cookies!) every now and then because I am doing this by myself so I thought that maybe if I joined a forum I would have the support I crave and hopefully push myself even harder.
I went to WW for three months and although I didn't lose a whole lot of weight, I did teach myself how to eat better which has helped me SO much. I eat in smaller portions and more often and try to eat as much fruit as possible. I TRY to exercise every day (although I sometimes go a few weeks without it, eek) and have recently started "Slim in 6" again and have already noticed results.
