I have been browsing the forum for around an hour and decided to join!
Tomorrow is the DAY! i'm going to do this!
I made up a lil plan, and was hoping if yaz could give me some input, about how it sounds.breakfast
- 2 boiled eggs
- 1 wholewheat toast
- glass of no fat milk
- 1 bananna3 hours latersnack
- handful of mixed nuts2 hours laterlunch
100g chicken breast
3 hours later...snack
handful of frozen berries2 hours laterDinner
and ofcourse heaps of water thru out the day.
I will also be doing my tae bo work out once a day, hopefully in the morning.
