Hi!! + My Plan :)

Hi everyone!

I have been browsing the forum for around an hour and decided to join!

Tomorrow is the DAY! i'm going to do this!

I made up a lil plan, and was hoping if yaz could give me some input, about how it sounds.

- 2 boiled eggs
- 1 wholewheat toast
- glass of no fat milk
- 1 bananna

3 hours later

snack- handful of mixed nuts

2 hours later

bronw rice
100g chicken breast
mixed veggies

3 hours later...

handful of frozen berries

2 hours later

Tuna salad

and ofcourse heaps of water thru out the day.

I will also be doing my tae bo work out once a day, hopefully in the morning. :)

Hey and Welcome. That plan sounds Yummy vut you may get a little bored so dont forget to mix in up a little. Some porridge or musli for breakkie somedays is nice. Good on you for getting started!

Welcome! I'd only just joined too =D

Your meal plan is very healthy!! I'd prefer more filling snacks like wholegrain bread or yogurt though. Dinner seems a bit too small. You could add 1 serving of fruit to it, maybe? Just my opinion heh :)

how is your plan going so far?
i am 68kg and want to be 60 and wish i could stick to something like that.
i get pretty bad depression in bouts which i think is to blame for being overweight. i just can't control it when i'm down.
i think you could probably have more for breakfast, afterall you do tend to burn that off during the day.
it sounds very healthy though.
i'm a student so am thinking about going on the special k diet (CHEAP!) which is 2 bowels of cereal a day for B & L, then a light dinner, like meat and salad or whatever. will be boring but oh well. im poor and fat.

Hi Wallflower,
sounds good. I like the way you are planning to eat regularly throughout the day.
I try not to mix proteins with carbs so I would eat the eggs first and the bread a little while later.
Once you come up with a few different menus, you can switch them around every few days or so.
