Hi everyone, I'm not new to weightloss....I used to be 90kgs. With a lot of sweat blood and tears I got down to 52kgs. It was the best feeling in the world...I couldn't stop being active either. Well I just had a baby and she really weighted me down, She was 11 pounds and I could hardly move...so near the end of my pregnancy I overate and couldn't get out of bed. My goal now is to shed 20 kgs...I'm here looking for the motivation to take time out for myself and do this so my husband and daughter can be proud with me and we can all have fun times together. I need to stop the quick fix urge I have with food and stay in control.
