Names Anthony, im almost 20 and 185cm tall. Been browsing these forums for a little while and finally decided to sign up.
started the weight loss journey back in april and have gone from 100.1kgs to 80.8kgs. Iv been really happy with what iv accomplished as iv tried to loose weight many times before and allways failed. I want to get to 75kgs and really concentrate on building muscle. Iv been going to the gym since april and have been slowly lifting more and more.
At the moment im reasonably happy with how i look. But iv noticed that i still seem to be carrying extra weight around my thighs and buttocks
So I need some advice on exercise that concentrates on these areas. Thanx in advance for any help
