my eating and exercise plan is pretty hard, i drink lost of water and i drink about 2 to 3 V drinks a day and i currently eat no more then 500 calories a day i also work out at the gym for between 40 to 60 min 3 to 5 times a week and so far i have lost 4.5kgs in 6 days im very tired thats why i need the v but until my body gets used to my food intake i just have to deal with it .

Hi, I'm new here too!

I think a forum like this is a great place to keep you inspired.

4.5 kgs in 6 days is awesome!

Hey,
Just wanted to wish you all the best with your weight loss, however 500cals doesn't sound like a very sustainable amount in the long run, and you definitely won't get the best results in the gym if your body doesn't have enough fuel. I'd really encourage you to see a dietitian who can figure out the optimal amount of calories and exercise for you to loose weight, or some searching on credible websites like calorie king can also help as they are very informative
All the best,
Jane :)
