I just joined the forum today. I started losing weight over 4 month ago, i lost 15 kilo already. But I am kind of having a hard time at the moment to keep dieting and excercising. I almost feel like quiting, but I want to keep working and be strong.
Hello and welcome, you have done very well so far. Don't give up, think of what you have so far achieved, I find myself that those feelings of giving up soon pass. Perhaps try and distract yourself, go for a walk or read a book. Good luck .

Thanks for the advice! I have these periods, and most of the time they pass, but well keeping motivation for a really long time, has always been a problem for me. So I am hoping I will get inspired by this forum and reading how much you all have lost weight!
Hi & Welcome to the forum. Well done on already loosing 15kg, that in itself is a great achievement! I notice on your signature you would like to be 100kgs by Christmas, there is a thread on the forum on that exact subject, maybe if you join their challenge it will help keep you motivated & accountable?
