I swear to God.

A few months ago it was so easy to lose weight, now that I'm almost at my goal - it's soo much harder!

Anyone else find this? It's like the exercise and dieting I did before is hardly making any difference atm. Like last week, was so good diet wise. I jump on the scale this week and the number is still the same (or half a kilo up!), WTF.

hi & welcome.
i'm finding the initially stages very hard, but then i have hormone issues which makes losing weight hard. anyway enough bout me, now that ur almost at goal u need to mix it up & bit either by exercising longer, changing exercise routine & cutting your cals back - it takes less cals to fuel a smaller body.

I'm also currently 167cm and weighing in around 61-62kgs, would love to nail 55kgs. My goal 57 tho, knowing me and never ending love for salty foods, heh.

As for my age, I am 24. You sound around my age, altho tbh I don't know much about you so I guess I should have a read of your posts hehe.
