I'm Lara, I've put on 12kgs in a year since my wedding. I want to lose weight and maintain a healthy weight so that it doesn't get out of control. I'm in my mid 20's, suffer from depression and anxiety (which is the cause of my weight gain).
I comfort myself with food but then I feel bad when I look in the mirror and see what I've become. I've just started the book "The Beck Diet Solution" which was recommended by my doctor. I aim to use this book, and the support of the forum, to loose 12kgs (which may not sound much but seems like 100kg to me) and maintain it. Wish me luck!
