I'm very new to this and hoping that everyone is going well with their weight loss goals
I need to lose 39 kilo's in total, but my hubby is sending me on a trip to Scotland next March and i need to lose about half of that by then (if at all possible).
I have 3 kids, and i'm studying and renovating a home, so if anyone has ideas on how to keep motivated they will be muchly appreciated. Also, can anyone tell me how to count calories or have info on how to do so, as i'm hopeless at it...lol
