I'm a bit older than the days when it was considered by me easy to lose weight. I've lost interest in doing light weights. I did them all the time, about 3-4 days a week with cardio mixed in. The last year and a half I had discovered a new found love affair with food. I come from a past of strong dicipline and commitment, it surprises me now, because I've just let myself go and found many new foods to fall in love with. But I'm here to get back that lovely slenderness that was mine not too long ago, but my main concern would be the diabetes that befalls me as an elderly lady, if I'm not careful.
