Hi my name is Debbie i just started the 8 sec fast 12 sec slow excercise on my excecise bike i weigh 115kilo i put the weight on after i had an accident at work and since then had both knees replaced and I now need to loose weight my goal is to get to 70 kilos ,

CW - 73.7kgs
GW - 60-64kgs

1st mini goal-crack into the 60s by 11th Oct-besties 30th
2nd mini goal-65 by Christmas
