Hi, i just joined up today. Still trying to find my way around the website but it looks pretty good. I was always a good healthy weight until I had kids, I put on 22 kgs while pregnant with my first child and then got pregnant with my second. I want to lose 12kgs that would get me down to 65kgs. I really struggle with motivation and willpower. By the time the kids go to bed at night I'm warn out and like nothing better than to sit down and have a mars bar and glass of milk, I'm also addicted to coke. I don't know how to stop my bad habits.
Tomorrow I will do my first weigh in and get back to the gym. I don't like who I am now and it's time for a change!!!!!!!!!
This website is great, it's good to be able to poor things out that you can't really tell to anyone else.
