15kg is 30 days, is it possible?

Hi I'm new to this community, just wanted to say that i need to lose 15kg in 1 month for my trip to Thailand, is this possible?

Any tips or help will be appreciated...

Hi, really sorry but the only way you will lose 15kg in 1 month is to cut off a limb! It would be extremely unhealthy to even consider trying to do it! A healthy weightloss rate is 0.5kg to 1kg a week. Don't do anything unhealthy. No holiday is worth making yourself sick by extreme crash dieting.

It might be possible, anorexic and boulimic people do it all the time...

Seriously, you don't want to lose that much in a month. You will notice that your health will fall back. Maybe even so hard, that you might cancel your trip. I say, eat healthy and exercise a lot.
