Hello everyone, I'm Poss and I have just joined today. I've tried lots of different diets etc. but now think I just need to exercise more (walk that is!) and change my mind set. The fact is I really do eat quite a healthy diet but quite clearly once the weight is on it doesn't take much to maintain it! I know my portions are too big, shouldn't have that extra glass of wine etc, but don't seem to have much self discipline. I'm hoping that by joining this forum I will gain some insight into other peoples' strategies and have support. I am currently 83kg and should be around 65 - 68.
