Just a quick intro about myself...... I am a sahm to 2 children. Pre kids my body was great (I just wish I had realised that back then and didn't pick on my imperfections).
When pregnant with my son I gained over 42kg - afterwards I was silly with the way I lost the weight (burning more calories than I was eating) and exercising stupidly. But by doing that I did manage to lose around 40kgs.
I then fell pregnant with my daughter and gained weight again (I have terrible pregnancies, diabetes and low lying placenta - so despite eating healthy I still piled the weight on due to not being able to even walk to the shops as it would be a risk to the pregnancy). With a terrible metabolism from being silly dieting I of course regained all the weight again.
Which leaves me to now - my daughter is now 20 months old and I have 15kgs to lose still. I want to lose it properly and without screwing my metabolism anymore than I have.
