Hi all my name is Bri, I was floating around this forum at the start of the year but then easter it and I dropped off, I want to regain that healthy eating I was doing at the start of the year but not sure how to deal with everything also doesn't help that the gym I was with closed down and I am not overly comfortable with the gym I'm at now (was at Fernwood in Geelong, now at a Fernwood closer to home).

really hating myself atm so any and all tips will be much appreciated as well as any butt kicking to get me eating better. 8)
Mum to three kids, second mum to my 18yo sister, and married to the biggest kid my DH. Also pet mummy to one dog, two cats and three fish.
