I just joined the forums this afternoon so thought i'd say hi!
I'm in the middle of what feels like a lifetime long weight loss journey!
I've stepped it up recently - went from zero exercise to 4-5 times a week, more if i can!
Finally seeing some results which makes it easier to stay on track!
Thought i'd join a forum to hopefully find (and maybe contribute!) inspiration and motivation!
