Hi Everyone

I'm a new member. Starting the weighloss battle again after dropping 14 kg, stopping, gaining 2. I was 117kg, got down to 105. Now I'm back and I'm going to get it off for good. I'd also like to make some friends along the way.

I don't want to be the fat girl anymore.
Heaviest: 117kg (06) - got to 105kg
Oct 08 SW: 108.7
Mini Goal 1: 105kg on my 30th - done

Mini Goal 2: Under 100 before xmas

What an amazing amount of weight you have lost. You must be so proud! Well done, you're very inspiring. If you don't mind me asking, what program are you on? Amazing!

Hi lilmissfatso, basically my own program, no pills, no meal replacement shakes or anything like that, not that there's anything wrong with them they just aren't for me.
I have dropped the junk food almost completely and at one stage I was drinking 2-3 litres of coke a day, now I drink 2-3 litres of water a day.
I never ate breakfast until around 3 weeks ago and have now started having it everyday without fail.

A typical day is something like this (although of course there are exceptions)

Breaky; fruit smoothie- fresh fruit or frozen berries, low fat yoghurt, skimmed milk and a fibre supplement + a serve of prunes.

Lunch; crispbreads + low fat cheese spread + tomato or gherkins, or cold meat and salad wrap or tuna salad and some crispbreads anything that is healthy pretty much and then usually some fruit and yoghurt or sometimes I will have a Weight Watchers choc eclair or a couple of sweet plain biscuits and a coffee

Tea; again as long as it is healthy I'm interested :), fish and salad, corned silverside and veg or salad, I make up some gravy with a gravox packet or the liquid sauce type and add heaps of chunkily cut mushrooms. I also spice up chicken breast and put it in the oven, no fats or oils. I have even had a McCains single pizza and a serve of oven chips and a big serve of either hot veg or salad if I feel like pizza ( along with curry, pizza is my greatest weakness), sometimes I just whack a healthy choice/ Weight Watchers/Lean Cuisine in the microwave and again have it with salad or hot veg. Homemade spaghetti and meatballs is something I have on a fortnightly basis and of course it is served with the obligatory salad/veg.

I rarely eat between meals-purely because I don't believe in eating just for the sake of eating but if I do get peckish I reach for the fruit and/or yoghurt.

I walk a lot, my preferred place to walk is the beach but some times I just take my son off to the park and that is a good walk.

I am also thinking seriously about joining a gym next year when Christmas is out of the way and junior is back at school.

I drink 2-3 litres of water a day.
