Hello, I joined this site today. Ok, so to introduce myself, I am a 29yr old female, 108kgs. I started off the year at 112, got down to 99, used to weigh myself every sunday. One sunday I got a shock to have put on 3 kgs in one week. That was like 6 weeks work down the drain. Since then I have not been taking care of myself. It isn't so much what I eat, it is the fact that I do not exercise on a regular basis. I walk my dogs twice a week for 30-40 mins but that is it.
I started trying to lose weight again a couple of months ago but mustn't have been doing something right. I got sick. I have had this darn flu / upper respitory infection for 6 weeks. Docs can't explain why I can't shake it, blood tests next week. I am still sick but don't want to wait any longer. The warmer weather is here and I am finding myself very uncomfortable wearing shorts and shirts, am missing my security of big jumpers and jackets!!
So yeah, am hoping this site is a good one where if I am having a bad day I can come and talk, and yeah, also celebrate any successful weight loss.
