I have introduced myself before, but I have hardly used this forum, so thought I might redo it.
My name is Melanie and tommorrow my diet starts. I am 28 and married. I plan on losing 15 kilos and then see where I want to be in life. I have realised I really need to do this as most of my clothes are to small now and its so depressing
But I am not going to sit on my bum anymore and keep eating crap. I am pumped to do this, and I know I can, and I am so excited.
I have given myself 4 months to reach this goal, and to help me along the way, I plan on rewarding myself for every 5 kilos. So far I am going to get my nails and feet done, buy a new set of earrings and when I hit my 15kilos, I will go on a shopping spree for a new wardrobe. I also plan on rewarding myself for milstones, such as reaching 80, 75 and 70. Not sure what they will be but I will make it worth it.
I have been spending alot of time on the net, so I am making it my main aim to come in here every day and chat and also to track my progress.
