Hi AngelGhost,
welcome and congratulations for making the choice to better your health.
There are a couple of diary threads to record our daily food and another to record our daily exercise on. There are also a couple of challenge threads, feel free to join any or all.

If you wish to make a ticker graph to record your weight on,
this site will explain how it's done -

Hi Angelghost......welcome to the forum. My best word of advice would be to make mini goals. You will feel very good about yourself when you achieve them and you will have more enthusiasm to get to the ultimate weight that you desire.

Keep Smiling!!!

Welcome AngelGhost,
I agree with Rochelle, mini goals help you with motivation, the challenges and weekly weigh in is great too. The support and advice you'll get from this forum is invaluable. No question is too silly to ask, never be embarrassed because usually there are heaps of us out there wondering the same thing or have experienced the same thing.

I look forward to sharing your journey with you,
catch you in the forum,

Hello Angelghost and welcome to the forum.

There is a wealth of information here as we are all on different diet plans and have different ways of getting to our goals. Have a good look around and don't be shy to jump in, the more the merrier.

Good luck on your journey.
