Im here because i need some help from some fellowminded people
Im having a project at my school, we have to make our own 20 page "Guide".
Since im a little overweight i have decided to write about Weight loss so that i can learn something about it.
If you would just go to this page and fill out a little form then you would really be helpfull
When im first here, what would be the best method for a man to loose weight? Running or lifting weights?
