Hi guys. I am a newbie to this site.
I have a few kilo's to lose...
I started at 79.7kg about 10 weeks ago... I am currently 75.6kg. I am only 155cm tall, so I do have a fair bit to lose
I am using the website calorieking.com.au to track all my progress and what I eat etc. It is a slow way of doing it, but I am finding it really quite easy and am pretty confident that it will stay off if I do it slow... The calorieking program allows me to eat 1400 calories a day, which I am finding to be a very comfortable amount.
So anyway, I just wanted to say hi
