You can try drinking water with lemon juice in it. Squeeze about 4 lemons into 1 liter of water and it will affect your stomach. Your stomach will shrink because of the 'acid' in the lemons, leading to less cravings for food. Besides that, you should make sure you have a bunch of apples with you.
