I'm twenty years old and none of my clothes fit anymore. I need to lose ten to fifteen kilograms.
There was a series of tragic events in my life (my friend killed herself, my dad got hospitalized for a long time,
another friend fell asleep at the wheel and spent a good while in hospital etc.) and I was really stressed out. I've never been good at handling my emotions, so I ate. A lot.
I eat a lot of healthy stuff like carrots, fish and fruits.
But...It's the candy.
And lack of exercise.
