Hi I'm Eri.
I'm twenty years old and none of my clothes fit anymore. I need to lose ten to fifteen kilograms.
There was a series of tragic events in my life (my friend killed herself, my dad got hospitalized for a long time,
another friend fell asleep at the wheel and spent a good while in hospital etc.) and I was really stressed out. I've never been good at handling my emotions, so I ate. A lot.

I eat a lot of healthy stuff like carrots, fish and fruits.
But...It's the candy.
And lack of exercise.
The usual.

Please share all your exercise tips with me :wink:

Hey Eri and Welcome. The only exercise I am doing at the moment is walking; every morning for 30-40 minutes, so I don't have any tips except 'Just do It'. (I hope I won't get into trouble with copyright laws :wink: )

Hi, nice to meet you.

I struggle with the exercise side of things and throughout the years have not had regular exercise as part of my lifestyle unfortunately. As a kid, I used to play team sports like netball and softball, but mostly I used to swim. Since adulthood exercise dried up and weight gain started. The only exercise I've done (spasmodically) since is walking and gym work (cardio and weights) which is what I've found most helpful when I am trying to lose weight. At the moment, due to finances, all I am doing is a daily 45 minute walk around the streets near my house. I am considering getting a personal trainer though when my finances improve.
