just bought a new treadmill and have used it twice. I really like it and use it for 30 min twice a day. I am quite unfit and have gone from a size 10 to size 14.
I wanted a X trainer, but I tried one and it hurt my knees. So does the bike. I was going to buy an abe king pro but the consensis is that it's not worth it. Sit ups hurt my lower back
but I thought of using one of those big gym balls. Has anyone had any success getting rid of the extra tummy using one of those. I'm not 30 anymore and have a few xtra aches & pains.
I can't use a gym as I live in rural nsw. regards...
