Hi I Dolly. My starting weight is 77 kilos, I'm hoping to lose at least 10 kilos but don't know where to start.
I find weight loss so hard! :( Plus I eat when I'm stressed or bored. :|

Hi dollydee, I am in a similar predicament - I need to lose about 10kg too - I am 80kg and wld love to be 70kg which was what i was about 5 years ago, when I looked my best. Nothing fits me and if it does it looks disgusting, and my stomach is getting bigger and bigger - I know just how you feel! Like you - I eat when I am stressed or bored or HUNGRY, which is a lot of the time and i love food. i think we need to have healthy snacks at hand, bc if i have fatty foods at home i have no control. good luck, feel free to email back any time - i am a stay-at-home mum so when not busy tidying up house and looking after the littlies, am on pc!!

Hello and welcome. Best of luck on your weight loss. There are lots of great tips on this site. Plus there are plenty of great members willing to offer advice and support. :)

Hi Dolly,

I too eat for the sake of eating - when i'm bored, hungry, upset, as a reward. I think it's important for us to realise this behaviour at the time that it is happening - ie. consciously.
You will reach your goal. After all, we're all here because we want support and that says that you are serious about your goal.
