I'm 155KG and live in Brisbane, I'm a network engineer and have been working far to much and my body has suffered from it, bad food and not enough exercise has given me 50KG in the last couple of years. I'm not afraid of the work (read: exercise) and diet change but i get stressed out at work and use this stress as an excuse to stop eating right and exercising, But I've changed roles at work recently and no longer have long hours and piles of stress on me and am determined to lose the weight and develop good habits!
So I've joined this site to help keep me motivated!!!
Hi - Welcome to the forum! Sounds like you've made a great start. Usually, we all know what to do, it's just the "how" and the motivation that's the problem. Re-engineering our lives, like changing our jobs is a huge step to take (a really committed one!). So congratulations on starting towards a healthier lifestyle! Keep us posted!
