My name is Sue and I have decided to join this forum to help keep me motivated in my final stages of weight loss. Started eating sensibly and exercising (occasionally) in April this year and have lost 16 kgs without sacrificing too much. Getting a bit harder now as only about 8 kgs to go. Not behaving quite as well as I was, but am on top of it and know what I have to do to get there. I am from Victoria and have just started the C25K program and have survived week one. Am actually enjoying it and would recommend it to other non-runners like myself.
Will check in from time to time and look forward to reading lots of good advice and inspirational stories.
