New - Grandma from Northern NSW

Postby Gazzagal » Mon Nov 10, 2008 6:03 pm

Hello all
I'm looking for some support from others, especially if there are any other seniors and/or members from my area to swap stories/advice with!
I've got 35 kilos to lose! Hoping to get 10 kg off by Christmas and then power on into the New Year.
THIS TIME I've promised myself that I WILL EXERCISE regularly.
I know that no-one but me put the weight on so no-one but me can get it off again! But I'd still like some regular support!
Thanks!

Hi there, welcome to the forum :)

I'm also from Northern NSW, Maclean to be exact, how about you?

Good to have some others from around this area join up :)

Best of luck!

Good to meet you. I'm another 'northie' in NSW. This appears to be a great site and am quite excited about 'meeting' with others. Great to see other 'local' folk on here. All the best in your quest. :D
