Hello all I'm looking for some support from others, especially if there are any other seniors and/or members from my area to swap stories/advice with! I've got 35 kilos to lose! Hoping to get 10 kg off by Christmas and then power on into the New Year. THIS TIME I've promised myself that I WILL EXERCISE regularly. I know that no-one but me put the weight on so no-one but me can get it off again! But I'd still like some regular support! Thanks!
