Hi all. i just joined this forum to see if i could get inspiration to help myself get back into shape. since i met my wife i have gained almost 30lbs. i am extreemly happy in my relationship but depressed with myself appearance. before we met i was in the gym 4 or 5 days a week and eating right. i could remember when when my wife and i were dating i would go to the gym before i would go out with her at night. i have since then lost that drive and do not know what to do to get it back. its very depressing. does anyone have any advise?

Just get back into the gym, that's what you should do. I don't mean this as an offense, but you might have shown your wife that you care less about her than you did before... Which probably isn't true though.
