I am sure that you will find plenty of people on here to motivate you along the way. I am a mother also so understand that it can be hard to juggle family and weight loss and some general "ME" time.
Have you got a plan of how your going to tackle things? IS your family changing their eating habbits or just yourself, can you fit exercise into your day... It can be confronting thinking about all the challanges but having a plan will prevent stress and disapointment when you find its all to hard and consider giving up. Planning makes it easy (well, as easy as losing weight can be).
