Hi Everyone,

I am Kristy,27, mum to Drew,9,Alex,4, and Abbey 23 months. We live in Brissie with my soon to be Fiance Rodney.

Three pregnancies has put alot of strain and alot of extra kgs on my body and I have a huge amount to lose some I here for motivation!

Can't wait to get to know you all and start dropping some kgs!

Welcome :) I am sure that you will find plenty of people on here to motivate you along the way. I am a mother also so understand that it can be hard to juggle family and weight loss and some general "ME" time.
Have you got a plan of how your going to tackle things? IS your family changing their eating habbits or just yourself, can you fit exercise into your day... It can be confronting thinking about all the challanges but having a plan will prevent stress and disapointment when you find its all to hard and consider giving up. Planning makes it easy (well, as easy as losing weight can be).

Thanks for the welcome!
My family are behind me 150%
I have noticed it's not so much a matter of what I eat (although I do need to cut out junk food Friday LMAO)but how much I eat. I generally skip breky and lunch so by the time dinner hits I eat twice as much as my partner does then sit and watch tv or I am on the net.

My Plan:
* Eat breakfast every day
* Move my bum for at least 30 minutes a day
* Start serving my dinner on a smaller plate
* Quit smoking (not that I smoke much 1or 2 a day at most)
* Kick my Coke habbit
Doing it for my kids
