I really suggest a ticker, then u can see where u are and how far you have left to go. I've been on this site for about 3 weeks and i've lost almost 2 kg, which im very pleased about. When i feel like relapsing and having chocolate etc, i think of this site and how its just a waste of time logging in and posting on here if im not going to follow through. There are some lovely people on here and will help you when you're at a stage where u feel nothing is working. Getting down to 70kg is a good goal, take it 1/2 to 1 kilo a week to be healthy, it'll be unbelivable how quickly it will all happen.
