Newbie with lots of weight to loose

Hi Im Sarah
I have 28kg to loose eekk its so much. I have a 2 1/2 year old daughter and a 15 month old daughter. I have found it hard to excersise during the day but i have made a rule no more excusses!. I get up at 5am and go for a 45 min walk its a very long day but well worth it.
I am sick of feeling horrible and uncomfortable in my own skin.
I have my first weigh in this week
Look forward to reading everyones weight loss journeys and stories.

Hi and welcome to the forum. I have a 16 month old son and know it can be difficult finding the time to exercise. I also get up early and go for a 45min walk, my son loves to sit in his pram and watch everything thats going on.
If you cant find time to do any other exercise then at least your doing some. Eating right will help the weight shift, plan your meals and plan your snacks aswell (if your a snacker).
Am sure you will do fine. It may seem like alot of weight but just break it up into smaller goals. I work on losing 5kg at a time and when i lose that 5kg i look in the mirror and decide i can lose another 5kg. Have so far lost 15kgish so feeling great.

I noticed we or i am the same weight as when you started and we have the same goal weight!
I live around alot of hills and dont have a double pram but at least i am doing 45 mins a day!
I feel alot better

Aussie Male, 26, 194cm.

Start date: 12/8/2013
Highest - 144.8kg

Current - 141.3kg

Goal - 110kg

3.5kg lost

31.3kg to go

HI Sezza,
I've got the same amount as you to loose also... and the same goal weight! lol
I'm sure we'll both get there, and also what mumnbub had to say about breaking your goal weight down in to smaller goals is a great way to work it!
I've lost about 8kg's so far, and I was working toward only 1 major goal & felt a little disappointed when I weighed in at the gym on Tuesday night, so I've decided I will try to do the same and break it down to 5kg increments. See how that goes...
ANyway, best of luck with it all - no doubt we'll see you around the forums!!

I am weighing in on Sunday i find it good becasue that way i cant be naughty with food on a Saturday! :lol:
