Accidently came across this site, and thought it was fantastic.
I currently weigh 74.4kg, and my goal weight is 56kg. Denial, lack of motivation and focus are my worst enemies, so I'm hoping that by keeping in touch with everyone here, and marking my progress will keep me on track.
18.4kg is a lot of weight to lose, so my first mini goal is 70kg.
I have one question already - I have done one of those 'diet tickers', and just wondered how i get it to appear on here???
