Hi everyone,
just a bt of an intro...I'm 22, 168cms and 110kgs
I've battled with my weight for as long as i can remember and thought the extra support of something lie this might help
i've lost 10kgs since i started training again in september but think it might help more if i get some insight from those who have fought the battle.
looking to loose around 40kgs

All I can really suggest is not to think to much about the total you want to lose- thinking about 5 or 10 kg is much easier and sounds more achievable, when you have reached that goal you will feel so proud of yourself and then can sit down and say 'ok, Its time to lose another 10kg- not that much, have already done it so i know i can do it'- that way your more likely to keep up the motivation.
Congrats on your loss so far, you really have done a fantastic job so far

22/12/08- 80.7kg
29/12/08- 81.8kg
04/01/09- 81.6kg
12/01/09- 81kg
19/01/09- 80kg
09/02/09- 79.3kg
Next goal 75kg
