I am new and thought i would introduce myself. I am 30 and from Brisbane. Constant struggle with weight my whole life and have tried almost everything to control it. You name it - shakes, pills, wierd excercises, diets etc etc. I struggle alot with excercise as i was diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue syndrome when i was in high school. I try my best when i can, but most of the time if i excercise my fatigue just gets worse afterwards. I constantly crave carbohydrates and sugars to give me more energy... hence my struggle :)

This place looks great to share stories, ideas and have a support network. i look forward to contributing :)

Hi and welcome- am sure you will find plenty of support here. If your lacking energy then maybe start your day with a high protein breakfast- i have a fruit smoothy with whey protein and linceeds in it and it really does help me get through the mornings- been doing this for over 3 months now. If you really work on your diet then you can get away with just doing small amounts of exercise, just going for a30min walk will be of great benefit to you.
Am sure that if you take it slowly you will get there- good luck and let us know if you need any advice on anything
