How old are your kids? primary age kids love to jump and dance so you could find a good dance workout dvd that they could do with you, they will love it and you will get to spend fun time with them while getting a great workout. If they are younger then put the smallest ones in a pram and head out for a walk, you might not be able to go fast but at least your getting out. Some gyms also have child minding so you could go workout for an hour knowing your kids are happy playing.
Cooking for fussy eaters can be hard, trying to cook healthy enough but also make things interesting enough for kids- my son is only 18mths old so he is not to bad but i cook some steamed veggies and his i mash up a bit and put cheese sauce over it with some sort of meat dish, i only have a small serve of it with plenty of the steamed veggies.
Am sure there are others who could help more, i only have the one child so dont really understand how time poor it is with 4 kids (can imagine you lead a busy life). Good luck and keep us updated
